This Privacy Policy explains how AIVC (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using AIVC, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

• Account & Profile Data: To create a personalized experience, we collect your email (for sign-in), nickname, and avatar.
• Preferences (Gender & Language): We collect your Gender and Preferred Language specifically to facilitate our matching algorithms for social discovery and global communication.
• User Content: Direct chat messages and text prompts sent to the AI Companion.

B. Device Permissions

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera Access: Required for live video calls and AI "Blur-Until-Safe" screening.
• Microphone Access: Required for audio transmission and AI "Live Captions".

C. Real-Time Communication Data

• No Recording Policy: We do not record or store your live video or audio calls. Processing is transient and deleted immediately.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Social Discovery & Matching: Using Gender and Language data to connect you with relevant users.
• AI Safety Systems: Real-time "Blur-Until-Safe" screening.
• Community Moderation: Reviewing user reports to block and ban violators.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase & Gemini: For backend services, authentication, and AI features.
• Google AdMob: To deliver advertisements.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" button in App Settings.

5. Strict 18+ Policy & Minor Access Restriction

AIVC is a 18+ only platform. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

• Google Play Restrictions: We utilize Google Play’s "Restrict Declared Minors" feature to prevent minor access.
• Zero Tolerance: Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts terminated immediately.

6. Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM Policy)

MobAppAI has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). In accordance with Google Play safety standards:

• Strict Prohibition: We strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Rapid Enforcement: Any confirmed CSAM is removed immediately. Violators receive a permanent, non-appealable hardware-level ban.
• Mandatory Reporting: We report all confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
